I have been associated with serey perform for almost a year now. I can feel people's suffering, joy, from this place! I can read their experiences, lessons, stories, poems, novels etc. Not just writing on this platform! Every country has a community. Where we foster communication within ourselves. Newbies are explained how to work and detailed information about this platform. In addition to gaining knowledge in educational institutions, beneficial knowledge is discussed about the behavior of people.

I love what this platform is all about and creating relationships between people. If I didn't like it, I wouldn't have given it a year.

Serey একটি রাইটিং প্ল্যাটফর্ম। এটি একটি লেখালেখি করার মাধ্যম। তাহলে প্রশ্ন আসে রাইটিং প্লাটফর্ম মানে কি? সহজ ভাষায় বলতে গেলে, এখানে আপনি আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য, অভিজ্ঞতা, গল্প, কবিতা, ইত্যাদি লেখালেখি করতে পারেন। লেখালেখি করার অনেক মাধ্যম রয়েছে তার মধ্যে serey একটি। এই প্লাটফর্ম শুধু আমার নয়! এই প্লাটফর্মে সমস্ত মানুষ লেখা লেখি করতে পারবে। লেখালেখি করার মাধ্যমে SRY কয়েন উপার্জন করে আর্থিকভাবে লাভবান হতে পারবে। 

#কিভাবে একটি সম্প্রদায় গড়ে তুলতে হয়:
Serey প্লাটফর্মে প্রত্যেক দেশের নিজস্ব সম্প্রদায় রয়েছে। প্রত্যেক সম্প্রদায়ের বিভিন্ন রুলস এবং দেশের ভাষা দিয়ে লেখালেখি করা। এতে নিজেদের সম্প্রদায়ের সকলের সাথে ভালো সম্পর্ক এবং দায়িত্ববোধ নিয়ে তাদের পোস্টগুলো পড়া। আমরা যখন আমাদের নিজেদের মধ্যে ভালো সুসম্পর্ক গড়ে তুলতে পারবো তখন একটি ভালো সম্প্রদায় গড়ে উঠবে।

আমি যদি আমার তথ্যকে সবার মাঝে ছড়িয়ে দিতে চাই তাহলে ইংরেজি জানতে হবে এবং আমার ভাষা এবং তার নিচে ইংরেজি ভাষা দিয়ে পোস্ট করতে হবে।

#আমি কিভাবে এখানে এসেছি:
আমি এখানে আসার আগে অনলাইনে অন্য একটি এয়ার্ডপ সম্প্রদায়ের কাজ করেছি। এয়ার্ডপ সম্প্রদায়ের কাজ করা অবস্থায় ওই সম্প্রদায়ের যে এডমিন মহোদয় রয়েছে সেই ব্যক্তি আমাদের মাঝে Serey প্ল্যাটফর্ম সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তুলে ধরেছেন। এয়ার্ডপ সম্প্রদায়ের কাজ হল প্রমোট করা। অর্থাৎ কোন কোম্পানি তাদের জনবল বৃদ্ধি এবং তাদের কোম্পানির প্রচার স্বার্থে কোন সম্প্রদায়ের কাছে প্রমোট করে। যে সম্প্রদায়ের জনবল বেশি তাদের কাছেই মূলত প্রমোট করা হয়। সেই সম্প্রদায় তাদের জনবলের কাছে বিস্তারিত ভাবে প্রকাশ করে এবং এর বিনিময় সম্প্রদায়ের লোকদেরকে আর্থিকভাবে লাভবান করে। আমাদেরকে আর্থিকভাবে লাভবান করায় আমরা সেই কোম্পানির জনবল বৃদ্ধি করি এবং তাদের কোম্পানিকে মার্কেটপ্লেস এ জায়গা করে দিতে সহায়তা করি। যা এক কথায় SCO।

এয়ার্ডপ সম্প্রদায়ের এডমিন যখন তার কমিউনিটিতে Serey সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত বলে তখন এই প্ল্যাটফর্ম সম্পর্কে আমাদের ভালো লাগে, তখন আমরা এই জায়গায় আসতে পারি। সেই এডমিন মহোদয়ের নাম "মোঃ জুয়েল রানা" ।

আমি কেমন অনুভব করছি:
আমি প্রায় দীর্ঘ একটি বছর যাবত serey পারফরমের সাথে যুক্ত আছি। আমি এই জায়গা থেকে মানুষের দুঃখ-কষ্ট, আনন্দ, অনুভব করতে পারি! তাদের অভিজ্ঞতা, শিক্ষনীয় বিষয়, গল্প, কবিতা, উপন্যাস ইত্যাদি পড়তে পারি। শুধু এই প্লাটফর্মে লেখালেখি করেই খ্যান্ত নয়! প্রত্যেকটা দেশের একটি করে কমিউনিটি আছে। যেখানে আমরা নিজেদের ভিতরে কমিউনিকেশন বৃদ্ধি করি। নতুন তাদেরকে বোঝানো হয় কিভাবে কাজ করতে হয় এবং এই প্লাটফর্ম সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য। শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের জ্ঞান অর্জন এর পাশাপাশি হিতাহিত জ্ঞান মানুষের চলাফেরা আচার-আচরণ সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করা হয়।

আমার ভালো লাগে এই প্ল্যাটফর্ম সম্পর্কে এবং মানুষের মাঝে সম্পর্ক তৈরি করায়। আমার যদি ভালই না লাগতো তাহলে আমি সময় দিতাম না একটি বছর।

উদ্যোগ এবং অভিজ্ঞতা ছাড়াই হোঁচট খাওয়া:
প্রত্যেকটা মানুষ যখন কোন জায়গায় যায় সেখানে তাকে খাপ খাইয়ে নিতে হয়। তেমনিভাবে আমরা যখন নতুন অবস্থায় কোন প্ল্যাটফর্মে আসি তখন সম্পূর্ণই ভিন্ন বা নতুন দেখি। তখন যদি আমরা ভালো গাইডলাইন না পাই এবং অভিজ্ঞ ব্যক্তিদের পরামর্শ না থাকে তাহলে সামনে অগ্রসর হতে আমাদের সময় লাগবে অনেক যা অনেক কষ্টসাধ্য।
তাই সমস্ত কিছু বিবেচনা করে আমাদের দেশের কমিউনিটি তৈরি করা হয়েছে যেখানে প্রত্যেক নতুন ব্যক্তিদের কে সমস্ত রুলস কিভাবে ফলো করতে হয় সমস্ত কিছু শেখানো হয় বোঝানো হয়। তাহলে সেই নতুন ব্যক্তি অতি সহজেই এই প্ল্যাটফর্মে সামনে অগ্রসর হতে পারবে।

মান এবং প্রকাশনার পরিমাণ:
 প্রত্যেকটা ব্যক্তিকেই তার নিজ দায়িত্বে ভালো মানের তথ্য গল্প শিক্ষণীয় বিষয় টেকনিক্যাল বিষয় কবিতা ইত্যাদি মানসম্মত পোস্ট serey প্লাটফর্মে শেয়ার করতে হবে।
