My Actifit Report Card: September 17 2022

I was at home the whole day while my wife joined the hearing field service. I had messaged my deaf students, while I'm doing my online tasks.

My brother and sister in law came with my wife, and I prepared our lunch. Walking around as I did the chores. I took some rest in the afternoon and I went on with my online tasks. I also sang on videoke. Hehe

I had a migraine in the evening, and it was gone while I was in bed. Probably, the medicine had taken its effect.

Look at those cats in the picture. They were like guards on our gate.
