It's been a while since my last @actifit post. I have been busy during the last two days, and I'm also feeling sick last night.
We went to a nearby city last Saturday for deaf field service despite having shoulder pain which is due to muscle spasm. I had this years back, but it wasn't as painful.
Yesterday, we attended the circuit assembly in Pangasinan language. It's good to see the people again gathering, the last time was in 2019, when Covid isn't still a thing.
