My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2022

We used to stay at home on Mondays, I do some online tasks while my wife has some occasional work to attend to. I cooked our meals from breakfast to dinner as usual.

My sister-in-law came in, and bonded with my wife through singing at videoke. I didn't bother to sing because it's raining. Lol! The rain might be blamed on me.😆

I watched the finale of a K-Drama that I have been watching, and afterwards, I had diarrhea and felt nauseous. My wife gave me a slightly warm water to sip on which helped. Thanks @shula14.
