My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2022

I got up from bed very early because it's Sunday. As usual, we need to prepare for our sign language meeting at 10am. Of course, I prepared our meal while walking around to get more activity counts.

We walked from home up to the bus stop however, when we were around 50 meters away, the rain fell. We sought for shelter but after two minutes, the rain has stopped. We're glad we are not late.



After our meeting, my wife and I went to her hometown for lunch, and met up with her parents. My wife and I was joined by my father-in-law for a return visit on our deaf friend whom we haven't seen for years.

At 5pm, we went to my family house where we also had our dinner. It's been more than a month that we haven't been there because of our plans hindered by frequent rains.
