My Actifit Report Card: November 10 2022

I was quite tired the other day so I took some rest this time. My wife took over cooking our lunch, while I did some inputs.

I did have time to rest and do some online tasks, but not much with the latter. I feel quite lazy. I also watched an episode of the series I'm watching.

I have some back pains and headaches, while I didn't allow my wife to go out yet because she still has some coughs and colds to attend our midweek meeting in sign language. We attended virtually though.
