Cactus Plant

In general, cactus plants can only be found in the desert, but the plants are large and tall, but nowadays cactus is also found in people's homes but in mini-size. This typical desert plant is famous for its large size, spines on all surfaces, and is able to survive with a little air. Now, cactus plants can not only be found in the desert but also in homes. Of course, in a smaller size or commonly called ornamental cactus or often called a mini cactus. Examples like those in this post.  In general, the cactus has thorns on the leaves. However, this type of Ariocarpus ornamental cactus does not have thorns at all, in contrast to the cactus contained in this post. It has small spines on the plants but not in flowers. This mini cactus leaf has a prism shape. Some have curved, blunt, or pointed edges. The flowers are very large in size and have a variety of colors such as purple, white, pink, yellow and red. Cactus is commonly found in dry areas (desert). While in the language the plural word for cactus is feet. Cactus has long roots to look for water and widen the absorption of water in the soil. Water absorbed by cactus is stored in the space in the stem. Cactus also has leaves that change shape to thorns so that it can reduce evaporation of water through the leaves. Therefore, cactus can grow for a long time without water. Then the treatment method is not as difficult as other flowers like other ornamental plants.
