The round of 16 stage of the UEFA EURO 2024 is over and all the teams that will play the next round of direct elimination of the UEFA's top national team competition have been defined.
Ahead of the quarter-finals, we share with you everything you need to know about the different crossings and we also remind you of the dates of when the semifinals and the Final will be played.
What are the UEFA EURO 2024 quarter-final matches and when are they played?
Spain - Germany
Day: Friday, July 5
Time: 10:00am (CDMX)
Venue: Stuttgart Arena
How does Spain arrive?
Luis de la Fuente's squad defeated Georgia 4-1 with authority and strengthened their arguments to be considered one of the main candidates for the Eurocup title. However, the Iberian defense made some mistakes against Georgia and will have to improve in this area if they do not want to suffer against the powerful German attack.
How will Germany fare?
The hosts easily beat Denmark 2-0, but Spain will be Germany's toughest test so far at EURO 2024. If they manage to defeat La Roja, the Teutons should be considered the favorites to lift Europe's top title.
England
England - Switzerland

How does England fare?
Like Portugal, England came very close to being eliminated in the Round of 16. In fact, the English team was seconds away from leaving EURO 2024, but Jude Bellingham took the match to extra time, when Harry Kane sealed their qualification to the next round. England's level of play has disappointed millions of fans, but thanks to their stars they look favored to overcome Switzerland and advance to the semifinals.
How will Switzerland fare?
The Swiss knocked out Italy, champions of the European Championship held in 2021. With an extraordinary performance against La 'Azzurra', Switzerland has shown that it can compete and defeat the great powers of the Old Continent. Switzerland does not have the great figures that England has, but it is a reality that they have shown to be a better team than the English so no one can highlight a new surprise of the squad led by Murat Yakin.

Portugal has a squad full of talented players, but against Slovenia they lacked attacking ideas and Roberto Martinez, Portugal's coach, has given few minutes to Joao Felix and Gonçalo Ramos.
How will France fare?
For many fans, France has the best team in the world thanks to its impressive stars such as Kylian Mbappé, Kanté, Dembélé, Griezmann, Tchouaméni, among others. However, Les Bleus narrowly defeated Belgium in the round of 16 and it is striking how poorly the French offense has performed throughout the Bavarian tournament. The match against Portugal should be spectacular, but fans should not be surprised if the match ends with zero goals after the ninety minutes.

With two goals from Merih Demiral, Turkey secured the final score of 2-1 to seal their ticket to the quarterfinals, where they will meet the Netherlands.
When will the Euro 2024 quarterfinals be played?
The quarter-final matches will be played between Friday 5 and Saturday 6 July with two matches each day. Friday's matches will be played in Stuttgart and Hamburg, while Saturday's matches will take place in Düsseldorf and Berlin. The first match of the day will start at 10.00am (CDMX) and the second will start at 1:00pm (CDMX).
When will the Euro 2024 semifinals be played?
The first semifinal is scheduled for Tuesday, July 9 at 1:00pm (CDMX) at the Allianz Arena in Munich. The second semifinal will be played on Wednesday, July 10 at the Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund at 1:00pm (CDMX).
When will the Euro 2024 Final be played?
The Euro 2024 title match will be held on Sunday, July 14 at 1:00pm (CDMX). The match will be played at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin.

Los partidos de cuartos de final se jugarán entre el viernes 5 y sábado 6 de julio con dos partidos cada día. Los compromisos que se disputarán el viernes se celebrarán en Stuttgart y Hamburgo mientras que los duelos del sábado se llevarán a cabo en Düsseldorf y Berlín. El primer partido del día comenzará a las 10.00am (CDMX) y el segundo iniciará a las 1:00pm (CDMX).
¿Cuándo se juegan las semifinales de la Eurocopa 2024?
