Uruguay, with a perfect score of nine out of nine, are the remaining qualifiers.

Panama made history and qualified for the quarter-finals.
Panama took on Bolivia on matchday 3 of Group C, beat them 3-1 and made history by qualifying for the quarter-finals of the CONMEBOL Copa América for the first time.
The Panamanians had spiced up the group with a good win over the hosts USA and went into Matchday 3 with a good chance of taking second place in Group C, which was dominated by Uruguay.
They were drawn against Bolivia, who went into this game already eliminated with no points. On the other side, the United States faced Uruguay with the obligation of either getting a good result or praying to Bolivia to avoid a Panamanian victory.
Neither happened. While the US lost 1-0 to Bielsa's team, Panama did their homework and won their match 3-1 at Orlando's Exploria Stadium.
While it looked as if things were heading smoothly after Jose Fajardo's first-half goal, the scenario was complicated when Bolivia scored a surprise goal in the second half.
Before the 1-1 draw, Panama missed many goals. They paid for their lack of efficiency and almost missed out on the quarter-finals.
Miranda complicated Panama's chances when, in the 67th minute, he scored a 1-1 draw that no one in Orlando expected with a quality finish at the near post of the Panama goal.
Panama felt the impact of this transitional equaliser and, in fact, Bolivia came very close to taking the lead, which would have put the Panamanians out of the running.
Uruguay's goal against the United States brought peace of mind, but the win over Bolivia ensured that they were no longer dependent on anyone else.
The glory goal came in the 78th minute from Guerrero, who unleashed a lethal header to spark a Panamanian party in Orlando.
The icing on the cake came in the 90th minute, when Panama's Yanis scored a wonder goal into the Bolivian top left corner in virtually his first appearance of the match.
The final whistle blew and there was no time for more. The surprise was complete in Group C, Panama knocked the United States out of the competition and took second place.
Panama had played the Copa America only once before, in 2016, also in the United States, with a result far removed from the current one: they were eliminated in the group stage.
It returned to the tournament in 2024 and surprised, leaving the hosts in the way and now awaits Colombia or Brazil in the quarter-finals, another duel that invites them to want to continue writing great history in the Copa America.

The match had a very balanced start, in which the Celeste did not repeat the intensity and high pressure of previous matches, and faced a very physical opponent who sought to plant themselves in the Uruguayan half to hurt on the flanks against a Uruguay that relied on quick transitions to try to attack.

In the second half Uruguay started better, and with a deflected header from Matías Viña and a long-range shot from Valverde, they had their first warning signs. After several attempts, the goal for the Celeste came at 65' with a great free kick in which Ronald Araújo won over the top and provoked a great intervention by Turner, but on the rebound Mathías Olivera arrived to score the 1-0.
With the lead, the Charrúa took the opportunity to move the team and Reyes sent on José María Giménez, Rodrigo Bentancur, Luis Suárez and Sebastián Cáceres. Before the final whistle, the home side came out all guns blazing in search of an equaliser, which Pulisic almost grabbed with a shot that Manuel Ugarte cleared off the line.

Panamá hizo historia y clasificó a cuartos de final.
Panamá enfrentó a Bolivia en la fecha 3 del Grupo C, le ganó por 3-1 e hizo historia clasificándose por primera vez a los cuartos de final de la CONMEBOL Copa América.
El conjunto panameño le había puesto picante a la definición del grupo con su buen triunfo sobre Estados Unidos, los anfitriones, y llegó a la tercera jornada con buenas posibilidades de quedarse con el segundo puesto del Grupo C, dominado por Uruguay.
Le tocó enfrentar a Bolivia, que afrontó este juego ya eliminado sin unidades. Del otro lado, Estados Unidos chocó con Uruguay con la obligación de conseguir un buen resultado o rezarle a Bolivia para evitar el triunfo panameño.
No se dio una cosa ni la otra. Mientras que Estados Unidos perdió 1-0 ante el equipo de Bielsa, Panamá hizo los deberes y ganó su partido por 3-1 en el Exploria Stadium de Orlando.
Si bien parecía que la cosa se encaminaba sin dificultad tras el gol de José Fajardo en la primera mitad, el escenario se complicó cuando Bolivia metió un sorpresivo gol en la segunda mitad.
Antes del 1-1, Panamá falló muchos goles. Pagó la falta de eficacia y casi se queda sin cuartos de final.
Miranda complicó las chances panameñas cuando, a los 67, colocó un 1-1 que no esperaba nadie en Orlando definiendo con calidad al primer poste del arco de Panamá.

Uruguay le ganó 1-0 a Estados Unidos en Kansas City por la tercera y última fecha del Grupo C de la CONMEBOL Copa América 2024, clasificó a los cuartos de final como líder de su serie con puntaje perfecto y dejó eliminado al equipo anfitrión, que se despidió del certamen.
El partido tuvo un comienzo muy equilibrado, en el que la Celeste no repitió la intensidad y la presión alta de partidos anteriores, y que tuvo en frente a un rival muy físico y que buscó plantarse en campo uruguayo para lastimar por las bandas ante un Uruguay que apostó a las transiciones rápidas para intentar atacar.
Cuando el partido no mostraba demasiadas emociones, Maximiliano Araújo encendió las alarmas y debió salir lesionado tras recibir un fuerte golpe en la cabeza que lo llevó a ser reemplazado a los 28' por Cristian Olivera. Poco después llegó la primera aproximación a fondo de Uruguay, con una jugada en la que Darwin Núñez sacó rápido tras una falta sobre De La Cruz y habilitó a Nahitan Nández, quién definió ante Turner pero llegó Tim Ream con lo justo para despejar cuando la pelota se metía. A los 38', Darwin Núñez remató de primera en el área tras un envío desde la izquiera y su remate se perdió afuera, y a los 42' el que definió exigido fue Pellistri luego de una buena habilitación de Nicolás De La Cruz.
En el complemento Uruguay comenzó mejor, y con un cabezazo de Matías Viña desviado y un remate lejano de Valverde generó sus primeros avisos. Tras varios intentos, el gol de la Celeste llegó a los 65' con un gran tiro libre en el que Ronald Araújo ganó por arriba y provocó una gran intervención de Turner, pero en el rebote llegó Mathías Olivera para definir y marcar el 1 a 0.
Con la ventaja, el conjunto charrúa aprovechó para mover el equipo y Reyes mandó a la cancha a José María Giménez, Rodrigo Bentancur, Luis Suárez y Sebastián Cáceres. Antes del cierre, los locales salieron con todo a buscar el empate, que casi consigue Pulisic con un remate que Manuel Ugarte despejó sobre la línea.
Uruguay bancó la ventaja, se llevó la victoria y selló su clasificación con puntaje ideal, eliminando al país anfitrión.
