Studies show that taking a bath before waking up in the morning and going to bed at night is beneficial for the mind and body. I have heard or received this over and over again in Ted Talk videos, various articles, and podcasts.
But I wake up in the morning and take a shower straight away. It has become my habit. At first, my mind and body were aching, I didn't want to take a bath in the morning. But now the brain turns on auto-pilot mode, rushing to take a shower as soon as you wake up.
Many of us wake up in the morning right. But we feel very tired after waking up. As a result, the motivation to wake up in the morning is lost.
This problem was my first too. Then do various tests on yourself and find out the solution yourself. Now I can wake up every morning without an alarm.
Solution:
If we take a shower immediately after waking up in the morning, we will have a fresh-energetic feeling. Our fatigue will disappear.
Taking a bath and drinking a cup of coffee will make the mind stronger. Then if a little meditation and exercise can be done, the fourteen groups of fatigue will disappear for the whole day.
However, if you return home from the office or university with a sweaty body in the hot afternoon sun, or if your mind is dirty with dust on the street, then you have to take a bath in the afternoon and afternoon.
But if I don't have university, I stay at home all day. When I wake up in the morning, I start a new life by taking a bath in the brain's auto-pilot mode.
