Shouldn't you take a shower after a few minutes after the gym?

Bathing is very important after exercise or physical activity. Bathing after exercise helps to calm the body and also reduces the risk of skin rashes and acne due to sweat. However, body temperature increases during exercise. So it is necessary to rest for 20 minutes to normalize the body temperature. After waiting 20 to 30 minutes, when the sweating stops, you should take a bath.

Waiting with a sweaty body can be annoying. In that case, you can use the time by drinking enough liquid. It can be water or fruit juice. Therefore, before leaving the gym after heavy exercise, some simple and light 'stretching' should be done to normalize the body temperature. This will gradually bring the body to a resting state, lowering the heart rate and body temperature.

After exercise, it is best to shower for 10-15 minutes in warm water below 100°F (38°C).
