The semi-annual examination for the academic year 2025 is being held in a fair and beautiful environment at Atahar Tahfizul Quran Model Dakhil Madrasa. The madrasa authorities have organized this examination to test the merit of the students and evaluate their educational progress.
Madrasa Principal Maulana Md. Abdul Qayyum said, "Semi-annual examinations are held regularly every year to improve the quality of education and evaluate the students properly. The number of students participating in this examination has increased compared to last year."
The examination started on July 1, 2025 and will continue until July 20, 2025. The madrasa has informed that the question papers of each examination have been kept secret and utmost care is being taken in conducting the examination.
According to the examination schedule, examinations are being conducted on Quran Majeed and Tajweed, Hadith, Aqeedah, Fiqh, Mathematics, English, Bengali and other general subjects. Recitation and Hifz examinations have been specially held for the Quran Hifz department, which is one of the specialties of the madrasa.
The teachers of the madrasa said that the students' preparation for the examination is quite good. Regular classes, special exercises and mock tests have been arranged before the examination. There is satisfaction and optimism among the teachers and guardians.
The local education officer who visited the examination center said, "The environment of the madrasa is very commendable. The madrasa authorities are playing a commendable role in ensuring a fair environment for the examination. A combination of discipline, morality and Islamic values can be seen here."
During the examination, confidence and focus were seen among the students. One of the students, Muhammad Abdullah, said, "The way we have studied all year, I hope we will be able to do well in the examination."
The president of the madrasa management committee said, "We want our students to develop into experts not only in religious education but also in general education. Through this exam, their progress will be measured and special support will be provided if necessary."
The authorities have said that arrangements will be made to publish the results quickly after the exam. In addition, there are plans to start special coaching classes for weak students based on the results.
Overall, the ongoing half-yearly exam 2025 at Atahar Tahfizul Quran Model Dakhil Madrasa is on track to be completed in a fair, peaceful and disciplined manner.
