Today, May 5, 2025, the monthly examination of April was held in our madrasa. This examination was completed in an orderly environment and according to the scheduled schedule. Such examinations are conducted every month for the overall evaluation of students, through which their progress and weaknesses in their studies can be identified.
The examination starts from 9 am and lasts until 12 noon. Students of all classes of the madrasa participated in this examination. Examinations were organized in various subjects including Bengali, English, Mathematics, Arabic, Islamic Studies and Quran Majeed. Separate question papers have been prepared for each class and the teachers took responsibility and took the examination.
Strict rules and regulations were followed in the examination. Under the supervision of teachers and assistant examiners, students participated in the examination while maintaining proper social distancing. There was no opportunity for any misbehavior. The environment was silent, which played a helpful role in maintaining the attention of the students.
Before the examination began, the Principal gave a brief address to the students. He said, “This monthly assessment gives the students an opportunity for proper preparation and self-analysis. Our goal is not only to achieve good results, but also to gain real knowledge.” He added, “Through the examination, you will identify your weak points and try to overcome them – this is our expectation.”
Students have expressed satisfaction with participating in the examination. Many have said that it is possible to get good results in the monthly examination if they study regularly. Parents have also expressed satisfaction with this system and said that regular monthly examinations are increasing their children's interest in studying.
It has been informed that the examination results will be published within the next week. Based on the results, additional classes and counseling support will be provided to the students if needed. Teachers have already started the evaluation work and are taking special precautions to complete it accurately.
Overall, the monthly examination of April was conducted in a very orderly and satisfactory manner. There is relief and satisfaction among everyone as this examination was successfully conducted with the joint efforts of the teachers, students and parents of the madrasa.
