اُس عورت کی اس بات سے میرے ذھن میں ایک بات آئی کہ اگر اُس بچے کا باپ ھوتا اور خبر لِکھواتا تو اُس نے سفید شلوار ھی لِکھوانی تھی۔ لیکن ماں کیوں کہ اُسے روزانہ دُھلی ھُوئی شلوار پہناتی ھو گی تو اسے اس بات کا شدت سے احساس تھا۔ اور اگر بہن بھی ہوتی تو یہی کہتی کہ اب تو وہ شلوار میلی ھو چکی ھو گی۔
اس سے مجھے یہ اَحساس ھُوا کہ عورت اور طرح سوچتی ھے اور مَرد اور طرح سوچتا ھے۔ ماں اور بہن اور طرح سوچتی ھیں جبکہ باپ اور بھائی اور طرح سوچتے ھیں۔ اُس کی اِس بات نے مجھے ایک نیا احساس دیا کہ چیزوں کو اور حالات کو عورت کی نگاہ سے دیکھنا بہت اھم اور ضروری ھے۔
