The maximum cash a bank can pay out shouldn't be more than N50,000.00 (fifty thousand naira only) and that should be in a month. What is more, the possession of more than N100,000 should be a criminal offense which should trigger onions of investigations and a jail time upon guilt.
Except you're a petty trader, cash is the offspring of crime. We need to get serious with crime in this land. All societies that are serious about making progress criminalized cash ages ago!
