I believe Thomas Tuchel to be one of the wonderful coaches out there and I've seen the incredible work he has been doing with Chelsea. Despite being backed he has been making terrible decisions with his choices and the players have followed suit too.
Mendy is not terrible to watch and he makes too many mistakes. Cucurella is good but I am not convinced because I feel Ben Chilwell is a better player when it comes to offensive. Koulibaly hasn't really impressed me and it's understandable because he is new to the Premier League. Sterling is not a striker and he is more effective playing from the side. Guardiola was not a fool for letting him go.
I've seen how Broja plays and with the energy Ben Chilwell always bring. If Thomas Tuchel want to achieve anything this season in terms of getting results to stabilize the team, he needs to bring in Chilwell and start Broja so he can get service from Sterling. I saw how Broja was involved in the first goal that allowed Chelsea to equalize against West Ham. He is aggressive in nature and they need that. He should be starting the game at least before Aubameyang is fully healed from his jaw injury.
A lot of Chelsea fans say Thomas Tuchel is stubborn but he can't allow his stubbornness to get the better out of him. Chelsea need to shake things up if they want to be up there by the end of the season. They were lucky to win against West Ham today but if they don't do better they might run out of that luck soon. Mendy need to stop making silly mistakes. Chilwell and Broja coming into the game which allows Sterling to stay in his position of supplying into the box.
