What I Think You Should Know About Human Right.

The concept of Human Rights has been so essential to the development of democratic systems in our societies. Human Rights are claims that all human beings are justified to make merely by virtue of their being human. These rights are immutable and inherent in nature without which no society is viable and able to survive. It is therefore the duty of government to protect these rights. The notion of human rights became popular after Second World War where millions of lews were massacred. It then became clear that certain actions were wrong no matter what end they were meant to serve and that human must be entitled to certain protection. https://www.greenbiz.com/sites/default/files/styles/gbz_article_primary_breakpoints_kalapicture_screen-md_1x/public/images/articles/featured/humanrights.jpg?itok=XYC5qLYW×tamp=1513386058 Generally, human rights are rights inherent to all human beings not withstanding their nationality, place of residence, sex nation or ethnic origin, colour, religious, language or any other status. We are all entitled to our human rights without discrimination. ###
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HUMAN RIGHT AND FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
**Never mistake human right and fundamental right.** Fundamental human right provisions which are guaranteed in the constitution cannot by any stretch of imagination be described as privileges in the sense that they could be withdrawn at the whims and caprices of government. It is a right which executive, the legislative and the Judiciary are all enjoined to protect. Any violation by anybody, even the government of the day is liable to be called to order by the court of law. Where the violation has occasioned injury which can be compensated in monetary terms, the victim is usually compensated through court order against such person or persons or government or organization that violated such right to which these guaranteed right and freedoms are protected
