How Do I Help?

Hello people, I need your help. With few posts getting comments, I don't know if I would get any comments with this, but I do hope you help me out. She doesn't believe she deserves to be loved, or she's done anything to warrant anyone loving her and so she doesn't necessarily believe that boyfriend loves him as he "claims". I asked if he's done anything to show he doesn't love her, she says no. I've asked if the guy goes out of his way to show her he cares, he says yes. I asked why she thinks he doesn't love her, her answer was, "I don't know". How do I help such a friend? I've asked if she loves the guy and she says yes, so I don't get why she thinks he doesn't love her. She's says he's not cheating, nor has he shown any sign that he is cheating, but she doesn't believe she's his only one, just because she believes everyone in the world lies and cheats, so he can't be trusted. I've spoken to her countless times and I don't know what else to say to her. She never hugs or kisses him unless he asks and when I asked why, she says she doesn't know. She also says whenever she sees him, she wants to hug and kiss him but she never makes the move. Is she shy, she said no. What could this be? Is there anyone here who can help me with this?
