We made an easy but perfect stew, with what we found in the house. Using a Dutch oven over an open fire, on the roof terrace off my friends penthouse.
We found some meat, unions, garlic, tomatos in a can, beans, corn and some spices.
The result was amazingly tasteful.
It is different form cooking on a BBQ, more relaxed with better heat control, as you can heighten or lower the kettle how you want it.
