Pasta with zucchini and shrimp

Greetings to all friends! How are you today? How is your mood?

I am in a great mood today and I would like to share with you a recipe for making pasta with zucchini and shrimp.

Once the inhabitants of Italy also lived poorly and they came up with fresh pasta and various sauces for them. For a change, so that it doesn't seem like you eat the same thing every day.

If earlier Italians cooked pasta with beans, lentils, green peas, now there are an enormous variety of other types and recipes of pasta.

For example, my husband and I like pasta with zucchini and shrimp. I also added tomato sauce to it, prepared by myself. I cook the pasta for 20 minutes. First, you need to prepare the sauce.

1.Cut the zucchini into cubes, preferably finely.

Put the pan on the fire, add olive oil, add a mixture of finely chopped onions and carrots, so that everything is well fried.

2.After roasting the onion, add the cubes of zucchini and fry everything well again, literally until ready. If the zucchini is fresh, as I have from the garden, then 10 minutes is enough for roasting on high heat.

3.As soon as we see the zucchini is ready, we add frozen shrimp (I only have such from the supermarket), preferably small shrimp. And leave to simmer on low heat for another 8 minutes.

4.If you want to add tomato sauce, then add it by eye, as I usually do, so that I then bathed the pasta in sauce, and not dry.

5.Immediately put a pot of water on the fire, bring the water to a boil, add a little salt and lower the paste, the one that you like best. I like the spiral more. Usually it takes 8-10 minutes for the pasta to be ready. As soon as the pasta is ready, drain the water and add it to the sauce.

6.Once again, mix everything together well in a frying pan so that I soaked the pasta with sauce and turn it off.

We put them on deep plates. Someone likes to add grated cheese, but I rarely add cheese to seafood pasta.

7.I hope you liked my recipe. If you eat a full plate of such pasta, then you need nothing else. Since it is nourishing and healthy.

Today I was watching a TV show where one chef said that Italians should go back to their roots and start cooking pasta with legumes and vegetables, as it is very good for our health.

Friends, bon appétit and be healthy!
