Mind gets richer by what it gets and the heart grows from what it gives

Greetings to my lovely friends Serey!

Often, we are used to dividing ourselves into mind and heart. We have made how many books and films on the subject, especially when the two concepts contradict each other.

The heart says one thing and the mind says something else. It happens in everyday life, too, and it is not a pleasant event. You have probably noticed it even in the little things in life. If we talk about more serious circumstances in life, it is much more complicated. For example, you cannot make the right decision about a particular person.

Somewhere deep inside, you want to act according to the will of your feelings, emotions, heart. But reason dictates otherwise. A contradiction, misunderstanding and even a slight conflict arise inside. In order to find a way out of this situation, we have to choose one thing. But again, if we choose with our heart, the mind will point out the mistake. If we choose with our mind, which by the way is most often the case, in time a regret about the missed opportunity matures. What to do then?

First of all, you need to stop dividing yourself. We are a unity of the soul, which is in the heart and the mind. You cannot separate these concepts, come to a unity. It created if a special inner balance, all torments, regrets, worries and problems will disappear as if they never existed.

At first it will not be easy to come to new understanding, but if one does not stop trying and believing everything will be possible. What makes it difficult is that for many years, one thought has been sitting in your head, which was supposedly the right one, and then you suddenly have to change it. Once you realise you are one with your heart and mind, only then will this balance be formed, which will provide peace, tranquillity and right decisions in all matters.

Heart is the most important organ of any living organism. It supplies the whole body and only 5% is kept for its own use. Physiologically, the heart likes to give rather than receive. You have probably heard the question: "To love or to be loved? Most often, people answer to love.

By the way, the answer to that question reveals your inner desires. If I suddenly loved a person, it means that there is something missing in his life. He has voids in his soul that he needs to fill. Perhaps he is selfish, which is why he has chosen this answer. A man who wants to love is inwardly determined to give of himself. This is an indicator of a healthy heart that wants to love.

After the heart, it would be logical to talk about the mind. Mind is the totality of abilities to think, realise, perceive, develop and understand one's own self. With it, a man evaluates a situation, creates a solution to a problem or an issue. A tool, and it is different for everyone. Some people apply more efforts to it, and therefore the mind develops and broadens its horizons, while others do not even use it.

Victor Hugo expressed a beautiful idea about heart and mind: "Mind gets richer by what it gets. The heart grows from what it gives." Each of us, and even better by heart, should remember this quote. For the mind to develop, to broaden our view of the world, we must enrich it daily with useful information.

This is its food, without which it cannot function properly, or it will be just useless. The heart will "blossom" if it gives love and to love the world around it.

Have a beautiful day to all!
