And it marks the power of revolutionaries and the fall of the symbol of royal power in 18th-century France. The fortress-prison was built in 1382 and was intended for Parisians.

But in the future, it contained mainly political prisoners. At the beginning of the French Revolution, there were only 7 prisoners in the Bastille, there were few regular officers, respectively, who had a small stock of weapons.

The Parisian citizens who rebelled against the government had numerous weapons, as well as the support of the French guard. The conquests of the French revolutionaries were outstanding.

For the first time in the history of France, all class distinctions were erased. They sold some lands of the nobles to peasants with long-term installments, they created a parliamentary form of government of the republic.

The state equally protected the interests of all citizens without division into estates. The financial tax was universal for all citizens and was levied in proportion to their income and property.

And yesterday, the President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron made a congratulatory speech to the French and announced that in order to keep society healthy in the conditions of the coronavirus, he is passing a law on introducing a mandatory sanitary passport in the country, symbolizing that a citizen is vaccinated with a coronavirus vaccine.

Entrance to all public institutions, bars and restaurants will only be on sanitary passports, they cannot serve citizens who do not have these passports in the restaurant.

And it was on the day of the holiday that part of the population, who heard the words of the president, rushed to sign up for vaccines, and another part of the population took to the streets of major French cities against the dictatorship of the government. Their main slogan is FREEDOM!

Everyone is free to decide on their own whether to make a vaccine. And they cannot deprive those who did not of their civil rights. I have a friend who lives in Lyon.
