Lionel Messi joined the national team the day after playing the last match for PSG before the World Cup break. Argentina captain arrived in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on Monday morning.
As a preparation for the World Cup in Qatar, Argentina will play a friendly match against the Emirates in Abu Dhabi next Wednesday.
Angel Di Maria and his Juventus team-mate Leandro Paredes and Lyon defender Nicolas Tagliafico also joined the team on Monday ahead of Messi.
13 of the 26-man squad have already joined the team. Emiliano Martinez, Paulo Dybala and the remaining 13 are expected to join the team soon. Though unlikely to get them in the first practice session.
Argentina team will fly to Qatar after playing the friendly match against Emirates. The two-time former champions' World Cup campaign will begin with a match against Saudi Arabia on November 22.
Their other two opponents in Group C are Mexico and Poland.
