This are the ones older than you, this are your masters, you can easily learn from this kind of people because they seem more higher than you
Your mates
This are your peers and age group, you can easily learn from this ones, because you usually relate with this ones frequently. Although sometimes it might be difficult to learn from your mates because of too much competition.
The young ones.
This are the ones lower than you, maybe by age or level. We can find it hard to learn from this category, but if we can humble ourselves we can still learn a lot from this younger ones. Nobody knows it all and age does not determine knowledge.
