Binance Holdings Ltd, operator of the cryptocurrency platform Binance, is now considering terminating operations with partners from the United States, including banks and intermediaries, due to increasing pressure from U.S. regulators, Bloomberg reported citing an informed source.

Binance Holdings is not the only cryptocurrency firm that has considered limiting operations in the U.S. amid harsh U.S. regulatory measures following the collapse of cryptocurrency exchange FTX. In December, cryptocurrency lending platform Nexo Inc. announced plans to phase out its services in the U.S. market after several states banned its operations.

Binance Holdings is also re-evaluating venture capital investments in the U.S., according to the source. However, Binance Holdings has no right to serve customers in the U.S.. Binance.US, which is considered an independent cryptocurrency exchange, does. It said it has no plans to leave the U.S.

We see how the Fed structures are obsessed with controlling all financial innovation projects. Pavel Durov's cryptocurrency Gram, Zuckerberg's cryptocurrency, and many other projects suffered from U.S. regulators. If China can protect the Binance crypto-exchange, it will be a precedent by which other innovative financial projects can be sustained globally without a "license" from the U.S.
