My thoughts on the future development of the project, economics, and internal politics to align priorities

As one acquaintance of mine used to say, "I have a thought and I will think it!" So, for us here at the Serey media blockchain platform, too, there's a lot to think about in terms of economic development. First internally, and then externally, using already existing mechanisms and tools for the prospective development of the project on the blockchain. And as an example, let's take those people (authors, bloggers) who are engaged precisely in creativity - they write prose and poetry, articles and posts, post photos and videos, organize contests and relay races. But this is a kind of transition into the realm of journalism, which is not bad for the Serey platform. As in any closed community, including Community Russia - a small pseudo-state.

Where also, as elsewhere in the social networks (examples abound), gradually and quietly a certain "elite" will form (this is, as always, if this "initiative" is not suppressed in the beginning), wishing to develop this new project (but for now), and make the platform Serey and community with a more sustainable economy. But it may happen that gradually in any new community the same processes may occur that have already happened in the past on all of our familiar platforms - Steemit, Hive and Golos. And this is no longer a decentralized system, but a rigid vertical of power with a single central leadership, which some people will try to capture and retain for their own enrichment. What is interesting is that we have already seen all of this once before, very recently, practically yesterday.

 

Мои размышление по перспективному развитию проекта, экономике и внутренней политики для выстраивания приоритетных направлений

Как говорил одни мой знакомый: «У меня есть мысль и я ее буду думать!». Так, что и для нас здесь на медиа-блокчейн платформе Serey есть над чем подумать в плане развития экономики. Вначале внутренней, а потом и внешней, с применением уже существующих механизмов и инструментов для перспективного развития проекта на блокчейне. И как пример, возьмем тех людей (авторов, блогеров), кто занимается именно творчеством – пишет прозу и стихи, статьи и посты, размещает фотографии и видеосюжеты, организовывает конкурсы и эстафеты. Но это уже, общем-то, этакий переход в область журналистики, что неплохо для платформы Serey. Как в любом закрытом сообществе, включая и Community Russia – маленьком таком псевдогосударстве.

Где также, как и везде в социальных сетях (примеров много), постепенно и по-тихому сформируется некая «элита» (это, как всегда, если не пресекать данную «инициативу» в самом начале), желающая развития этого нового проекта (но это пока), и сделать площадку Serey и сообщества с более устойчивой экономикой. Но может и такое случиться, что постепенно в любом новом сообществе могут происходить те же самые процессы, которые уже произошли в прошлом на всем нам знакомых платформах – Steemit, Hive и Golos. А это уже не децентрализованная система, а жесткая вертикаль власти с единственным центральным руководством, которое будут пытаться захватить и удержать некие люди для своего собственного обогащения. Что интересно – мы все это уже однажды видели воочию совсем недавно, практически вчера.

 

 

The authors, like any community, will never be able to build the economy on the Serey platform themselves without the support of the management team and consideration of some new ideas and projects to improve the Serey platform and the ecosystem's development prospects. And what, in fact, is needed for this? The most important thing is to reconsider all the same utopian projects that will also come here from past platforms. Which is it? And that is the introduction and launch of the very same "steamroller" and bots that have previously already destroyed past projects when "sawing the pool. We need a real, simple and clear program with the implementation of a marketing plan, advertising on other Internet resources, showing all the benefits of our site Serey.

Without all that again there will be another brake and Serey token will gradually go down, losing its value on exchanges. Every community is like such a venture in Serey corporation. So, it also needs a marketing plan, where the rules for the whole community will be spelled out, just like in the White Paper. It is the marketing plan that will reflect the strategy and methods of operation, and most importantly, the market goals. It is the market goals that will give the very desired influx of new users as content authors here on the Serey site, where every future author who comes will be able to earn remuneration and develop the project. Well-defined program and will give development of Serey with the help of communities, and very quickly. We need to make real plans for the development of the Serey economy today, involving people from outside the community.

 

Авторы, как и любое сообщество никогда сами не смогут выстроить экономику на платформе Serey без поддержки команды руководителей и рассмотрения каких-то новых идей и проектов по улучшению работы платформы Serey и перспективы развития экосистема. Да и, что для этого, собственно, нужно? Самое главное – пересмотреть все те же утопические проекты, которые придут и сюда с прошлых площадок. Что именно? А это внедрению и запуск тех самых «паровозов» и ботов, которые ранее уже уничтожили прошлые проекты при «распиле пула». Здесь нужна реальная, простая и понятная программа с внедрением маркетинг-плана, рекламой на других ресурсах в Интернете с показом всех плюсов нашей площадки Serey.

Без всего этого вновь будет очередной тормоз и токен Serey постепенно пойдет вниз, теряя свою стоимость на биржах. Каждое сообщество – является как бы таким предприятием в корпорации Serey. Значит, ему так же нужен и план маркетинга, где так же все, как и в Белой Бумаге будут прописаны правила для всего сообщества. Именно в маркетинг-плане будет отражена стратегия и методы работы, а главное – это рыночные цели. Именно рыночные цели и дадут тот самый желаемый приток новых пользователей, как авторов контента сюда на площадку Serey, где каждый пришедший будущий автор сможет зарабатывать вознаграждение и развивать проект. Хорошо прописанная программа и даст развитие Serey при помощи сообществ, причем очень быстро. Нужно уже сегодня делать реальные планы развития экономики Serey, вовлекая людей из внешней среды.
