Often times, we set our dreams, goals and achievements but for reasons we tend to relent and no longer pursue the dream. The truth is, it's not easy to start up something talkless of achieving it.
Today, am gonna be talking about why people are scared of being there own boss and why they don't want to start up something for theirselves.
From Statistics point, it shows that most people are scared of TAKING RISK due to lack of courage and strength, while some people are just AFRAID of what the outcome would be after embarking on the journey. But the truth is, it is better you take that risk now than to sit back and not take any risk at all.... I mean, life itself is a risk, so if you don't take a risk, you're also risking something.
Starting up a Business isn't a child's play, therefore it requires critical planning and strategies. At the initial stage, it might be hard to meet up business demand due to some challenges but as time goes on things will move up eventually.
YOUR MOTIVES MATTERS ALOT
The way you handle your business matters alot. This will determine the business faith. If you aren't serious with your business, no way the business will move up but once you're committed and you're open minded then you will start seeing growth gradually.
Being relentless is one other thing that kills the vibes in business. Try as much as possible to be consistent, productive and be very calculative.
FOCUS ON ONE NITCH.
Starting up a business can be kinda tricky from start. Hence, you need to start with one particular business that people will know you for. You can't be selling farm utensils today and switched to tailoring tommorow and the nest day you switched to restaurant... Nay! That's a very bad business idea. If you want start a Restaurant business, focused on that and let people know you for it. Likewise if you're into Laundry Services focus on that too and let people know you for it.
It's a very bad idea to switched to different business when you don't have a firm ground. It okay to have multiple business when you have huge capital and you're capable enough to manage them.
****As a starter, don't make the mistake of handling your business to somebody's care. Handle you're business yourself. Take control and take charge.****
KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER
First of all your customer matters alot cuz these are the people that patronise you and make your business grow. Give your customer the best service and prove to them that you're the best cuz they are lots of competition out there in respect of the service you're offering. Your manner of approach, your manner of response to request and query matters alot.
