DIY polymer clay Shell earrings (from my creative archive #8)

Polymer clay is an amazing material! You can make a wide variety of decorations from it. Including unusual seashells. This technique requires sculpting skills, but even beginners can master it.

Here are the color combinations for these earrings:

Tools and materials:

* polymer clay
* pasta machine for rolling plastic
* stationery knife or blade
* work surface (I have a tile)
* toothpicks

First you need to make a layer with a smooth color transition. And cut an even strip out of it, as shown in the photo.

Next, this strip must be cut into equal strips with a thickness of about 5 mm.

Then you need to make holes in the stripes. It is most convenient for me to do this with a toothpick.

The next steps are baking in the oven and assembling the decoration.

The result is such a beauty!
