The year has begun, many of us have one thing or the other as a desire to achieve. Sadly, not everyone would achieve their desire, not because no one achieved such desire before, but because the approach towards achieving it was wrong.
It is time reinvent ourselves, re-examine and re-evaluate ourselves; what have we been working so hard to achieve that's not coming forth?
What has been the approach we used towards achieving these things?
How many times have we failed, yet still repeated the same process, is it not yet a time for a change of approach?
Please note this, To become "extraordinary", it takes the little "extra".
There's something we missed in our approach that's making our desire seem impossible.
The failures we've experienced is a proof that there's something we need to do extra, that we need to try a different approach, that there's something we're not getting right.
No matter how hard you work, you can't achieve the desired results without the right kind of approach and process.
It is dangerous to repeat the same process over and over again, expecting a different result.
This is another year, we ought to leave the cycle we've repeated over the years without a tangible results.
>It is foolishness to be shameful of what is gainful.
Whatever it is that's gainful, please engage in it. Apply the SMART GOAL SETTING principles. Let you goal for the year be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound.
List out what you wish to achieve this year and approach them with focus and be ready to pay the price.
It is often said that "Where there's a Will, there's a way". You can't determine to succeed, following the true way to success, without succeeding.
Never allow your background put your back on the ground
Whatever is gainful, please engage in it. No matter how small it is, if you're faithful, you'll make it someday, it's just a matter of time.
Never despise your life beginning; It is foolishness to be shameful of what is gainful
What makes a lot of people frustrated is lack of focus and lack of knowing what they want.
If you don't know what you want, how would you recognise it when you finally see it?
If you're not focused, how would you be successful?
Many persons are Jack of all trade, but master of none. They want to do everything at the same time. It's not done.
The Holy Book says, "Seest thou a man diligent at his business, he'll stand before kings and not before mean men"
It is time we set out focus right, have a purpose and live a purpose driven Life.
What you don't want to become do not watch it; you're a product of what you watch, associate with or believe in.
Admire success and make those who are successful at what you want to be successful at, your role model.
Keep company with those who are of your like passion.
There should be oneness of aim, singleness of purpose in the group you associate, if you must succeed in that plans.
Never allow life to throw you to one corner, get up, there are many opportunities for you out there.
Open your eyes today, Where there's a Will, there's certainly a way
Note this, You've not failed my a mere failure, you only fail when you accept a failure
Failure is just a sign that there's what you've not gotten right yet. Set the process well and try again.
Patience is a vital asset, it will always bring glory at the end!

If you choose failure, then you'll fail, but if you choose success, you'll succeed. To choose failure is to Keep doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.
