Passion makes one yearn to solve problems that others run away from. No matter how bad it gets, it’s their passion that motivates them between paydays and during all the times when everyone else tells them to quit.  ### 2 RESILIENCE Your ability to fail, but get up to keep moving is resilience. Failure is eminent in business, but as an entrepreneur, you should be able to research and know the possible areas that you failed on, and improve from there. Learn about other successful entrepreneurs, study their ways of implementing their ideas. Learn about what made them failed and avert such.  ### 3 STRONG SENSE OF SELF It is not actually easy to be a successful entrepreneur because there are a lot of challenges to overcome. There are issues of funding, personnel management, clients management, competitions, etc. To succeed, you must be passionate and resilient. Great entrepreneurs are self-motivated, passionate and self-confident. They believe in themselves and consider their ideas good enough to succeed.  ### 4 FLEXIBILITY Great and successful entrepreneurs are flexible. They adapt to changes and adjust when necessary. In today's world, there are emerging technologies, market and customer trends, entrepreneur who wants to succeed must be capable of adjusting to follow the trend. A good entrepreneur is prepared and willing to modify his plan when new information arrives and when there are changes in circumstances. Flexibility calls for training and retraining to update skills and improve productivity.  ### 5 VISION Successful entrepreneur is one who has vision and sense of direction in business. He sees opportunity in everything. He is innovative and skillful. He develops new ideas and gear such towards solving problems in the society. Without vision, there is no entrepreneurship. Vision results in creation of things which were never in existence.
