### 1 IT ALWAYS STARTS WITH A CHOICE
To successfully fight procrastination, you must be determined. Be decisive about what you want, desire and work towards making it come true. Even though you may not yet have all the information, knowledge, skills, capital or time to make your dreams or ideas come true, you still have to make a decision beforehand.
Ask yourself, what do I really want to become in the next few months, what can I actually get done, what am I capable of? And lots of other questions to set your ball rolling.
What is killing some entrepreneur is indecisiveness. Visualize and take a decision as fast as possible, even if you cannot fulfill all on your own, hire experts to help you get there. Whatever choice you make, you should promise yourself that you will give all the zeal and enthusiasm to ensure that you actualize your choice.

### 2 YOUR ATTITUDE IS IMPORTANT. TAKE CHARGE OF IT!
Your attitude is very important in fighting procrastination. Most times, some entrepreneur resort to blaming others for their missed goals in business. Some go as far as blaming their family members, God or even government policies.
It’s true there are things that affect the realization of your dreams that you couldn’t change. Yes, you can’t force banks to lend money and you can’t change poor government policies overnight.
However, since you can’t change government policies and others, you can change your attitude towards them. The way you react to certain policies could be the cause of your unrealistic goals.
Be optimistic and thrive on to ensure that you actualize your dreams. Define your dreams and set out the measures you wish to use to get them achieved.

### 3 YOU NEED TO HAVE A PLAN, NO MATTER HOW BASIC
To conquer procrastination you need to have a concrete plan to work with. Always have a plan to follow. Don not work by guessing or by trial and error; make a plan and define how to get your dreams actualized. The more information you gather in your plan, the more realistic and closer to your goals you are.
By writing out what you want to achieve, the more clearer they are to you and you can choose any and specifically work to get done before another. Looking at your plan from time to time would help you remember exactly what you should do and focus on it.

### 4 CREATE A SENSE OF URGENCY. PUT A GUN TO YOUR HEAD!
The best time to get things done is now. Whenever you postpone what should be done, you postpone your realization time too. Be proactive and decisive. Work professionally and set deadline for yourself. Then create a sense of urgency just achieve everything in a shortest possible time.

### 5 TAKE ACTION!
As an entrepreneur, after making a decision, adopting the right attitude, creating a basic plan and setting strict deadlines for yourself, nothing will happen until the necessary action is taken.
Your plans can’t on their own actualize themselves. You need to take the necessary actions to actualize them. Be optimistic and zealous about all you do.
Hire the right team to work with. Be professional and open for contributions. When you take the necessary actions and express optimism, you will definitely conquer.

Procrastination they say is a thief of time. Procrastination steals the time should use for an important engagement for productivity. When you sit back contemplating instead of working and proffering solutions, you stand at a risk of losing deals. It is very bad awaiting the last minute to get certain things done. Engage in worthy ventures when necessary.
