Care, Time and Consistency—Care for something with three aspects in mind will yield positive results. Same goes for the skin. Taking some time every day to take care of your skin will keep it healthy. However, dark circles under the eyes, wrinkles, acne, uneven skin tone are some of the skin problems that can occur. Both men and women can have these problems. Dermatologist Afroja Parveen explains some of the solutions for dry, oily, mixed and sensitive skin.
acne
For 12 years, acne on the face, neck, and back can be seen on the skin of both boys and girls. Oily skin is more prone to acne. Oily skin has open pores, due to which oil secretion is more. Due to excess oil, irritation on the skin is also more. Sometimes pus comes out of acne. One to three, three to five—cheeks, nose fill. To reduce the effect of oil, cold water should be splashed on the face five to six times a day. Water has its own medicinal properties. Washing your face with water several times will reduce the problem of acne. Because, it will close the hair follicles. Oil leakage will also be reduced. Interestingly, acne problems can also occur from excessively dry skin. Make sure that there is always a layer of cream on this type of skin.
wrinkles
If the skin is dry, wrinkles may appear earlier. Warm water should be used while cleaning such skin. It will release oil from the skin. Also, not using sunscreen can cause this problem. Include foods containing vitamins C, D, E in your daily diet. Apart from this, you can also apply beta carotene rich foods to your skin.
Pigmentation
Many people get it through heredity or inheritance. There is not much to do in this case. Try not to increase. Regular use of sunscreen is mandatory. Skin starts burning after 10 minutes of sun exposure. Afroza Parveen said that skin cancer can be caused by the ultraviolet rays of the sun. Sunscreen should be used for this from a very young age. Many people use lasers to remove pigmentation spots. But after some time it can come back again. For this reason, it is better to be attentive from an early age. Tomato juice can be applied to reduce skin burns. Even if it doesn't go away completely, the stain will lighten. But tomato juice is not suitable for sensitive skin.
