I just heard this lovely song again after many years.

The singer describes how her life of sensual self-indulgence could not bring her fulfilment. Her hedonistic lifestyle brought only temporary happiness. She realizes now how much she would love to settle down and that having a child would make her complete.

It's nice to hear a song that does not praise having pleasure, party, sex, drugs - the things most songs seem to be about nowadays.
