Wallet79 BV - Serey partnership

We are happy to announce our new alliance with Wallet79 BV, an innovative startup from The Hague (the Netherlands) that uses the Serey blockchain to optimize personal portfolio management.

wallet79 is a platform that matches employers with job seekers, and people with relevant educational courses. To match job seekers with employers, it uses the European Qualification Framework and adheres to European privacy laws. Powered by the Serey blockchain, the wallet79 platform uses all qualifications including financial capital (assets), human capital (knowledge, skills, autonomy), and social capital (trust in relations).

The platform offers an extra service to the users by measuring the gap between the needed qualifications for a job and the owned qualifications. It even offers educational programs to close the qualifications gap as much as possible.

The matching can be applied in two different situations:

1. For students who want to find the match between the qualifications for a job and their own current qualifications. Using the gap measurement they can select additional educational programs to reach the right level of qualifications needed for the job.
2. For lifelong learners or the unemployed who keep on learning but are unaware of how their qualifications fit their current needs. In those cases, one can use the matching to find new opportunities and determine what has to be learned to use them.
