SIP#1 Private Key Recovery

 SIP: Serey Improvement Proposal As mentioned in the Blockchain that every user responsible for their own private key to access to their account, and there is no way to restore the key when lost due to any reasons such as forgot the private key, devices broken or stolen. This is one of the issue that users don't want to happen, in case they have a lot of crypto coins. For this reason, I would suggest that we should have a recovery features by using multisig or secret sharing method that each users can choose a few friends to keep piece of their private key when they have make some friends in the social media. Once they lost their key and want to recover it, they can ask their friends to be the witnesses of recovering their private key. For example: Private key: "ABC" is belongs to user Alice The key then slice into a fews piece for example 3 pieces "X","Y","Z" and need 3 Private Key from Alice friends to Proof of witness. Alice ask Bob to sign for "X", Charlie to sign for "Y", Daniel to sign for "Z", we can also add 6 Digits PIN from Alice to recover the private key. Now Alice lost her key, but she remembers that Bob, Charlie and Daniel could help her to recover the key back with her 6 Digits PIN. Alice doesn't have to ask all of the signature from 3 of her friends only 2/3 with the PIN code can recover the key back. Why we need the PIN Code, in case her friends angry with her and want to steal her money by asking another friends to join and recovery Alice private key, they can't do it because it needs another 6 digits PIN code from Alice, we can also put number of attempt to recover the key, if they enter 3 times wrong PIN Code, the system will alert to Alice that someone is attempt to recover and steal the private key. Alice has the rights to change her friends to be the witness anytime when she still known her private key, in case she has some problem with some friends or her friends stop using the social media. This is just the idea that come to my mind, and we can test and formulate the idea and also try another idea, but the goal is to have possibility to recover the private key but still keep the security of the key and no one could use this feature to hack the key from the owner.
