Kindness

KINDNESS

Human is also an animal, a mammal and a carnivore. The first goal in life is to survive, to survive we need to eat, and to eat we need to find ,to kill and to produce. Early human survived by hunting, killing all the animals in the forest just to gather the food for them self, the family and the whole community (when human were living in the tribe, they shared what they found to everyone even if it is just a single bite of food).

It seems cruel as a human, to kill monkeys, wildboars, birds, fishes but it is how life is. Most of the daily job is hunting, but when there is enough food, jobs start to appear, human has more free time to do something that they love, they can become artist (singers, dancers, painters, sculptures) and many other jobs like doctors, or even priests. Since then human started to build hierarchy, head of the family, to head of tribe, to head of community, to king of a country and the king of the kings. Killing animals to get food, Killing countries to build Empire.

But human is not only having bad life qualities such as cruelness, jealousy, hatred, ignorance, anger, ......

We do also have good life qualities such as kindness, compassion, loving, ....

We do have neutral life qualities too which allow us to consider and be in the middle of judgement between good and bad, god and evil.

In the society, people always looking at only a single angle of human quality in term of event occured. Sometime we do judge people according to our own eyes, memory and brain but we forget that we also are human, and we do have all those life qualities (bad, good, and neutral).

No matter how polluted the society is, there is always kindness inside somebody, and they will always try to restore the balance by doing the opposite things to the much negative people who always do bad things rather than the good one. 

Bad is Bad, but Too Good sometimes could lead to bad, that is why Buddha said Neutral and Middle is the Path to pursue.
