The strength of Blockchain security is lied on "Majority"
We TRUST that Majority of the nodes are honest. If Majority of them are malicious, the system is not truth worthy.
In Bitcoin Network, The Majority refers to 50+1 = 51, that's why if anyone could gather 51% Computing Power, they could change the rule of the game. In real life election, one person can only vote one time, but it is not in the digital world case, where one person or one company could have a lot of machines under their control, and the richer they are, the more voting power they have. Which is why home-based miner nowadays could not compete with big mining pool or mining farm.
The improvement from "Proof of work" in Bitcoin Blockchain consensus algorithm to "Delegate Proof of Stake" is to find a group of node that we could TRUST to replace all those bitcoin miners, so for example 21 Witness nodes are chosen to become the block producers and in this case the rule of Majority is change from 50+1 to 2/3+1 which means if 1/3 of the nodes are malicious the network is still maintain their strength. Once the Majority of the nodes becomes malicious, it depends on the population which means the community users to vote down and take off their power and choosing the new witness.
One thing to notice is that all the transactions in Bitcoin Blockchain is packed into Block. While the Blockchain that use DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) as the data structure consider as Blockless which means every transaction itself is a block which is called vertex, so each new transaction needs to verify two previous transactions (Which replace miner works) in order for them to be valided too.
In Bitcoin network you need to wait for 6 blocks confirmation before saying that the transaction is confirmed or commited to Blockchain. Same as in DAG blockchain your transaction need to wait for a certain period of time until it gains more confirmation confidence value. Otherwise your transaction will be invalid just like the shortest block in Bitcoin network that need to be cut off from the main chain.
Whatever "Majority" means to you, we still need to TRUST the benefit of the whole community, and the community should have the power to vote down the malicious witness and elect a new witness in replacement. Until then the democracy power and the sustainability of the network is hard to be TRUSTED.

There is a timezone issue where in the United Kingdom if I post something or if another user post something it will say posted -6 hour ago (minus), so from my side of things it looked like you posted more then 4. This is going to be fixed and I apologise for not noticing this.
