The method of writing, what is written with a pen, can not be cut down with an axe.

Another powerful way to literally rewrite yourself from the inside out, filled with new ideas, is the prescribing method. No wonder they say that it is written with a pen, you can't cut it down with an axe. This method is good for people with a very critical, mental disposition, who tend to explain everything logically, look for evidence for everything.

The fact is that when putting positive statements on paper, the critical mind (as it is often called, the monkey mind) is busy with the writing process itself, so the information goes deeper into the inner space. You can prescribe both the most general plans for long periods of life, and positive attitudes and affirmations. Only the latter should be prescribed repeatedly and as often as possible, preferably daily.

The same principle of repetition works here as when reading or listening to positive statements. It is better to write down more general plans and goals at the beginning of the time period for which their implementation is conditionally designed while being in a meditative state. It is not advisable to write them down and reread them again and again.here it is important to let go of control, not to let your own criticism devalue your dreams.

Emotional. Gratitude is a universal currency.

Here we will talk about directed emotional reprogramming of yourself from the inside out. Many of us are accustomed from early childhood to standard reactions to certain stimuli. Unfortunately, most of these reactions are negative. Throughout life, the need to regularly experience negative emotions, complain, get annoyed, and get upset turns into no less destructive habits than smoking or alcohol abuse.

We so strongly condemn smokers, alcoholics and drug addicts, but we do not notice at all that we live our days in endless chewing of our own negative emotions. We do not even realize that in most cases we provoke ourselves, we are the cause of certain problematic situations just because, as in the case of any other bad habit, after a short time we need a new dose.

Having finally figured out how we create more and more new reasons for anger and irritation for ourselves, we can replace the bad habit of reacting negatively to any stimulus with a new one-to experience positive emotions just like that, for no reason.

At the first stages, you need to take responsibility for your own reactions to yourself and deliberately monitor any attempts to react negatively, while each time reminding yourself what is happening right now and asking yourself a simple question: is it worth wasting your nerves and energy on another outburst of anger or irritation.

Connecting various funny and completely illogical rituals at such moments helps a lot to switch, redirect your energy in a different direction.

The ability to consciously, purposefully and regularly experience creative emotions such as love, gratitude, joy, inspiration, excitement for no apparent reason is an incredibly powerful magical tool for creating a happy reality. No matter what we are taught from childhood that joy without a reason is a sign of stupidity, the habit of broadcasting positive emotions to the world for at least a few minutes a day, no matter what, is probably the safest for health, and effective, healing, rejuvenating of all possible habits.

The energy of emotions is the building material of the world in which we later find ourselves. Purposefully feeling the emotion that we want to experience when fulfilling a wish, we deliberately bring ourselves to the state in which our goals have already been achieved, we seem to pour new fuel into the tank of the car that carries us to our dreams, and press the gas pedal. And this is not self-deception at all, it is a creation. This can and should be learned.
