"Ask, and it will be given to you;

search and you will find;

knock and they'll open it for you;

for everyone who asks receives,

and the seeker finds,

and knocks will open."

MF. 7:7

The name for the first step of the transformation algorithm was not chosen by chance. In such Sciences as Mathematics, Physics, Mechanics, problem formulation, problem statement, or a clear statement of the statement that needs to be proved is one of the most important steps, perhaps even more important than the solution process itself.

When considering problems in mathematical physics, this point is particularly pronounced: the condition of the problem is so important that, having changed even the seemingly insignificant part of it, not only the result changes dramatically, but also the process itself, methods, and approach to finding solutions.

When working on life tasks, identifying a problem is also a key step towards its transformation. In the language of philosophy and psychology, this very first stage is often called the stage of awareness. Both in mathematical physics and in life, everything depends on the first step-a clear and correct statement of the problem, a deep awareness of the problem.

Remember the funny song from the unforgettable cartoon about Captain Vrungel, -- "whatever you call a yacht, it will sail..."The correct formulation of the problem directly affects both the result itself and the speed of its achievement. And here, more than ever, the well-known statement that the first step is always the most important and... the most difficult one.

The difficulty lies in the fact that, not understanding the rules by which the universe lives, we blindly refuse to admit first of all to ourselves that this or that problem exists in our lives.

Through elementary ignorance, lack of understanding of the laws of life, we find every day thousands of reasons and reasons that on the one hand confirm our rightness and remove responsibility for the events that happen to us, and on the other, an impassable obstacle stand in our way to the desired changes, and we continue to trample on the same place, in the same position, performing the same actions over and over again, and as a result, getting the same problems.
