3) remembering the words of one of the most famous songs of Alla Borisovna: "... and all your sorrows are under black water, " you and I, my dear reader, sink even deeper into our inner world, where the negative emotions and fears we have accumulated in the past are hidden.  In life, as you know, everything happens, and none of the people who have ever lived and are now living on the planet has ever managed to be in a good mood every minute of their lives, never to experience irritation, resentment, grief, disappointment, anger and similar "negative" emotions.

All of us, without exception, sometimes have to go through difficult periods in our lives. In such situations, if for some reason we do not manage to discharge, fully live the rolled emotion, pass it through ourselves and express it in the pose, whether it is grief, pain of loss, rage, resentment or hatred, this emotion does not disappear by itself; it gets stuck in that very inner deep part of us, and from there, as if imperceptibly but very destructively continues to affect not only our thoughts, feelings, actions and results, but also our physical health, deep inside out.

Accumulated over the years of life, untreated negative emotions become serious obstacles for us on the way to happiness and success, such deposits directly block us from achieving the desired results, so in psychology they are often called emotional blocks.  When such an emotional basement overflows, endless illnesses and failures begin to literally haunt us, we get tired, get old, and despair.

There is a popular opinion that fools are always lucky. I have no doubt that all of us at least once in our lives exclaimed " lucky fools!", looking enviously at those lucky people who managed to get something in some downright magical way that we spent a lot more time and effort on, but never achieved. Have you ever wondered why this is so, why, in fact, fools are lucky?

My opinion is that fools do not take offense, do not complain, do not get angry, do not get jealous, do not resent, do not criticize. They do not know how, do not know how to do it, they do not have information inside about when and how to respond to certain stimuli. Such "fools" are simply pure, empty from the inside, free from negative emotions, expectations and claims to the world. The fool goes through life easily and at ease, acts without a second thought, without expecting anything in return.

And such a "fool" still has a lot to learn. The exact opposite of the image of a lucky simpleton can serve as the image of a certain nerd, cram, know-it-all, whom everyone shuns and at whom they quietly laugh behind his back. You probably met people who can be called a "walking encyclopedia", people with a set of diplomas from the best educational institutions, who know everything and endlessly distribute their valuable recommendations right and left, although no one asks them to do so.

They themselves, as a rule, have not succeeded in anything that they predict... A familiar portrait, isn't it? We all sometimes find ourselves in the place of such a wise man, teaching everyone around us and trying to Appear Smart, important, and earn universal approval. And if we play this stupid game, we will certainly lose, we will lose again and again to the same "fools" who are always lucky.

So why not become a lucky Fool instead of pretending to be an important person, a smart bore, proving your correctness and correctness to everyone?
