The Four Faces Of The Universe. 3.3 problem statement or awareness step.

After the problem is formulated in the form of a brief, clear and honest statement from the first person, think about the true reasons that led you to this problem. Ask yourself the question: "How did I create this?". think about what kind of grain you planted in your garden, so that it grew into this problematic situation. If the answer does not come immediately, do not despair.

Give yourself time to realize it. Set a goal to understand why and why this happened to you, and the answer will come. You may need to re-read the chapter on the laws of life again, or ask for advice, but know that the answer will definitely come if you really want it, that is, if you allow yourself to accept it.

Write down these reasons under the problem itself also in the shortest and simplest form.  Understanding the true underlying causes of what is happening greatly simplifies further movement. However, unfortunately, it is not always possible to bring to the surface exactly that thought, emotion, and even an act that served as the beginning of a fatal chain of causes and effects.

Therefore, if you still fail to discover the causes of the problematic situations in which you find yourself at this stage of life, and nothing comes to mind except statements like: "corruption and deceitful politicians are to blame for everything," or "it's all my parents (my husband, my wife ...) blame", or "it's all because of the idiot boss", just shake off the obsession and remember that in fact you know the answer.

All such reasons, such poking your finger at your surroundings, are just ripples on the water surface, which blocks you from the only correct answer. When the water ripples calm down, settle down, that is, when you stop pointing your finger at someone else or something else, you will see yourself, your own reflection in the water.

Remember that the real cause of all your problems is yourself, it is your own inner ignorance, ignorance, insufficient understanding, incorrect interpretation or violations of the laws that underlie this world.

Finally admit to yourself that you consciously or unconsciously made a mistake, that you did not know, did not fully understand or simply did not comply with the Laws of Life, but now you know and will do everything in your power to no longer become a victim of self-created events.
