As a saying goes, details determine success or failure. I also like to judge a person from a small matter. Truly, one falling leaf is indicative of the coming of autumn, because you can know a person's quality and level from small things.
Recently, a small thing happened to me on the Serey platform, which is enough to convince me that Serey is a trustworthy platform, although I have not known this platform for a long time.
With the warm invitation and generous help of @bestkizito from Nigeria, I was able to successfully sign up Serey and became the first person from the Chinese community on this platform, of which I was deeply proud.
At the same time, in order to attract more people from the Chinese community to join Serey, I specially wrote a post- "Welcome Friends from the Chinese Community to Join Serey", which was also published on blurt and Serey.
I also invited @weloyou, an active user from the Chinese community, to join Serey, but she encountered the same problem as me in the process of registration, and was stuck in Step 3/4. Immediately, she adopted another payment method, which required 10 USDT, but she failed after paying 20 USDT totally twice, for the platform could not find her payment information.
I had no choice but to try and contact.
In the post I also talked about the problems and puzzles I encountered, which attracted the attention of the senior @jokerswild on the Serey platform, and he left a message: We will remove KYC registration soon. Then anyone can join Serey easily. :)
I am grateful that anyone can easily join in. I thought that he should be the founder or developer of the Serey platform. Suddenly, I remembered @weloyou’s registration. With the idea of giving it a try, I left the following content under @jokerswild's message:

I was overjoyed. Later I read @woleyou's message below my post again, turning out that she has received it. Maybe there is an information prompt about her paying.
As for this money, neither @woleyou nor I @bring have much hope to return it. Especially for foreign currency accounts, there is no place for us to complain when problems occur.
We were really touched that @bestkizito coordinated with Serey platform and agreed to create accounts for users from the Chinese community for free.
On second thought, we should thank the Serey platform, as well as the selfless people on the platform such as @bestkizito, @jokerswild and so on. There is no reason not to believe that Serey is a trustworthy platform.
Because of love for it, we will pay attention to it and speak frankly. I would like to point out a few suggestions in my use of Serey, hoping that we can make Serey better and better together.
1.Serey runs very slowly in China for some reason. Moreover, the page is not updated in time, and the published posts cannot be displayed in My Profile in time, and the displayed post rewards are sometimes inconsistent with that seen after opening the post.
2.When publishing a new post, you can't copy and paste it with the mouse. You need to use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V, which is not very convenient.
3.Wallet needs to be installed. In China, wall climbing software is required to successfully install Wallet.
4.One is easy to get stuck in the Serey registration procedure (KYC) at Step 3/4, and we look forward to removing the registration procedure as soon as possible.

也邀请中文区活跃用户@weloyou 加入到Serey中，可她在注册的过程中也遇到了与我同样的问题，卡在了Step 3/4。随即，她便采用了另一种付费方式，需要支付10USDT，可她试了两次共支付了20USDT也未成功，平台找不到她的支付信息。
我也没有办法，只能说试试看，联系一下。

我欣喜若狂，再翻看@woleyou在我的帖子下面留言，原来她已经收到了，估计是有信息提示。
关于这笔钱，无论是@woleyou还是我@bring都没有对此抱有多大的希望能够退回来。尤其是外币账户，出现了问题我们根本无处申诉的，这真的是意外惊喜。
@bestkizito与Serey 平台方面协调联系，同意为我们中文区的用户免费注册账号，我们真的好感动。
仔细想一想，我们应该感谢的是Serey这个平台，还有平台上像@bestkizito @jokerswild等无私奉献的人们，我们没有理由不相信：Serey 是一个值得信赖的平台。
因为爱才会关注，才会直言不讳，我也在此指出自己在使用Serey中的几点建议，期望我们共同把Serey 办得越来越好。
1.Serey 在中国运行的很慢，不知何故；再者，页面更新不及时，发表的帖子不能及时在My Profile 中显示，而且显示的帖子收益与打开帖子后看到的有时不一致。
2.发表新帖子时，无法使用鼠标进行复制和粘贴，要使用Ctrl+C 和Ctrl+V才行，感觉不是很方便。
3.钱包Wallet需要安装，在中国需要翻墙软件才能成功安装。
4.Serey 注册程序（KYC）容易在Step 3/4卡住，期盼着尽快取消该注册程序。
