A Defi job consists of three things which are ;
- Community Manager
- Collaborator Manager
- Moderator
1. Community Manager - This is a person who is like the founder, and he/she is in charge of community affairs.
As an example, if the developer is too busy with web 2 work and needs someone to oversee the community while he is away, the community manager steps in, and he as well sees to the terms and conditions of the project. However, it is a well-paid job position.
2. Collaborator Manager - As the name implies, a collab manager's job is to reach out to projects with his/her project in order to raise awareness and get more people involved. If a project is doing well and getting more people involved, it could be due to one of two things: (1) competent collaboration managers or (2) strong marketing.

Prepare to make connections with top-hyped projects. Establish positive relationships with influencers.

You can also collaborate by reaching out to projects through tickets, which is less stressful.

As a collaborator manager, you should try to Avoid crappy postings. I.e you should avoid botted schemes because they will not benefit your projects because bots do not mint.
3. Moderators
When you are a community moderator, you are primarily responsible for the community's activity, growth, and engagement, in order to retain the people, brought in by the team's collaboration managers.
As a Moderator, you can't answer what you don't know, and if you see a question that you can't answer, ask the founder or Admin; they'd be more than happy to tell you than to answer the question incorrectly.
A community moderator should have the following characteristics:

Ready to read and learn about the project you're working on? "Question Everything"

Ease of interaction with people: - you must be able to initiate and maintain conversations; in other words, the groups should never be inactive.

Must have the ability to remain objective, open, and unbiased.

Creating comfort and trust requires you to be nice, sweet, and welcoming; don't chase a shareholder away with your quick temper simply because he is asking too many questions.

Endurance should be your middle name: - Please refrain from speaking other languages as a moderator. Strictly converse in English, and you must learn how to construct constructive sentences.

Be quick to remove, ban, and report anyone in your community who is spreading fake news or content.
