Women's participation in the legislature.

The name "Ain Parishad" has created a misconception among the people. People mistakenly think that it is the job of this council to make laws. Keeping this idea in mind, when they saw that in the age of Sahaba, women also used to discuss, talk, express opinions and debate on legal matters.

Even the caliphs themselves often asked for their opinion and gave a price for their opinion, then how could women be deprived of the right of legislature in the name of Islam and how could it be wrong to join it.

The well-known legislatures of modern times not only legislate, but also govern the politics and state system of virtually the entire country. Its members form the cabinet and set the rules for internal governance and discipline. They do well in all matters relating to finance and revenue. International relations and the authority of war and treaty are vested in this council. For all these reasons, the present legislature does not call for a jurist or a mufti, in fact it is the ‘ruler’ of the whole state.

Now we have to see who is being anointed by the Quran in this social position, and who is being deprived of it? In Surah An-Nisa 'of the Holy Qur'an, Allah Ta'ala says:

Men are the 'masters' of women because Allah Ta'ala has given one of them a (qualitative) superiority over the other and men are also responsible for spending money for them (women). Therefore, honest and virtuous women obey their husbands and guard the unseen - under the care of Allah.

In this verse Allah Ta'ala has given the right and dignity of social authority only to men and has described the two qualities and characteristics of honest and virtuous women. The first is that they will be prone to obedience. And secondly, in the absence of men, they will take care of the things which Allah Ta'ala has entrusted to them.

One may say that this verse speaks only about family life, this verse does not apply to domestic politics. But I will say: the real "male and female lord" is mentioned here - not the word "in the house". Therefore, even without this word, it would not be reasonable to think that this verse is related only to family matters. And even if it is accepted, the question is that Allah has not made him a 'master' in the house.

Made loyal; On what grounds do you want to put him on the throne of 'leadership' and 'authority' by removing him from the status of loyalty to the state and the state? In fact, the authority of the state is much greater and more important than the authority of the house, no doubt. Now, those whom Allah has not made 'karta' in the house, He will appoint as 'karta' over the sum of tens of millions of houses - is such an idea about Allah?

Stay in your house with dignity and do not wander around like the extreme ignorance of the past.

Tabarruj means to move openly and freely in a colorful manner, with laughter and laughter, in a decorated and playful manner.

If it is said that this command is aimed at the wives of the Prophet (peace be upon him), then this command is not applicable to ordinary Muslim women; But we ask, were there any faults or defects in the wives of the Prophet (peace be upon him) for which they could not bear the responsibility outside the house? And are all women other than them better off than they are in any way?

If all such verses are related only to the family of the Prophet (peace be upon him), will other Muslim women go out to have intercourse in splendid attire like in the age of ignorance? Will they then talk to the men in such a way that their minds become foamed with lust and whether Allah Ta'ala wants to see the house of all other Muslims except the house of the Prophet as ‘dirty’, can never happen.

After presenting the Qur'anic document, now the argument is going to be presented from Hadith. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said in clear and unequivocal language: -

When your ruler is the most evil and satanic among you, when your richest man is the most miserly among you, and when the responsibility of your mutual (national) affairs is entrusted to your wives, ) Is better than waiting.

It is narrated from Abu Bakr that when the news reached Iran that the people of Iran had made Kisra Tanya their king, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Welfare and selfishness cannot be gained '.

The woman is the guardian and caretaker of her husband's house and her children and for that they have to be held accountable. A more detailed explanation of this can be found in the hadiths which say that women are exempted from the less important task of collective work such as politics and governing the country, which is to go out of the house.

It is the duty of every Muslim to study with Jumu'ah Jamaat. But four are out of this instruction ক্র slaves, women, children, and the sick. Umm Atiyah will be narrated, she said: We are forbidden to follow the janaza.

Numerous strong scientific arguments can be put forward in support of our views and opinions. If someone challenges us, we can present it. But in general, scientific reasoning is not being claimed in this regard. Secondly, we do not recognize the right of Muslims to submit to the conditions of scientific reasoning in order to act in accordance with the instructions of Allah and His Messenger. The Muslim - if he is indeed a Muslim - must first obey the command of Allah.

Then if you want scientific reasoning to dispel doubts in the mind and brain, you must ask for it and it is a very logical method. But if a Muslim first seeks scientific evidence, and then decides not to follow the commands of Allah and His Messenger, then we cannot call him a Muslim at all - a far cry from the Islamic State's constitution. The place of those who impose the condition of rational reasoning for the observance of the command is outside the limits of Islam - not inside.

Proponents of women's rights in politics and governance often cite examples from Islamic history. There are not many examples - just one or two. They say that Hazrat Ayesha (RA) demanded justice in protest of the martyrdom of Hazrat Uthman (RA). And our statement about the fact that ‘Jamal’ was involved in the war against Hazrat Ali (ra) is that, first of all, this proof is in principle wrong. This is because the clear instructions of Allah and His Messenger can never be taken as an argument when one sees a Companion personally doing the opposite.

There is no doubt that the holy life of the Companions is a model and guide for us. But it is only because we follow the path shown by Allah and His Messenger in their scattered light. This is not to follow the personal blindness of any of the Companions, forsaking the guidance of Allah and His Messenger. Moreover, how can the actions of the leading Companions of the time, which were declared wrong and for which Umm al-Mu'minin himself later repented, be regarded as evidence for the introduction of a new way (bidayat) in Islam?

The letter written by Hazrat Umm Salma, the mother of believers, on the news of Ayesha's action, is quoted in full in Ibn Kotaibah's Al-Imamatu As Siyasatu and in Ibn Abdu Rabbihi's Iqdul Farid. In it, he did not say how firmly - "The Qur'an has restrained and controlled Ana, do not break this bond today. Do you not remember that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) told you to refrain from transgressing the religion of Islam? And if you saw him running from one base to another in the desert like this, how would you respond to him?

Who could be more experienced than Hazrat Ali about the law of Sharia in that era? He wrote to Hazrat Ayesha (RA) in clear language: "This step of yours has been a violation of Islamic law. Hazrat Ayesha (RA) in spite of the glory of her high intellect and subtlety could not give any answer to this.
