The provisions of the Haram in Islamic law are general, indiscriminate and for all. Something will be haram for the people of one country and halal for the people of another country or it will be forbidden for the blacks and it will be allowed for the whites, this cannot happen in Islam. In Islam, no special status has been recognized for the elite class of priests, scholars or kings.
