Advising Muslims on social collective work.

Muslims should not do any social work without consultation. This cut the roots of the monarchy. Because the most important thing in the state is the appointment of the head of state. Advice must be independent, impartial and sincere. Getting votes or advice by force or temptation is tantamount to not accepting advice.

Therefore, whatever the detailed form of the constitution, these three principles of Sharia must be observed. At no time should the suedag of governing the state be included in the constitution without consulting the people or their trusted representatives. The constitution should provide for such an electoral system so that the whole nation can participate in the consultation. The constitution must also provide for intimidation or temptation of the people or their representatives so that their views cannot be accepted.

I swear by Allah, we will not appoint any person in any of our responsibilities who is applying for it or is eager to get it.
