This time I will try to share a little more motivation with all of you, especially for all of you who like to read and write, so that things don't happen that can derail your focus. That's why I tried to give this title for you to focus on the important things.
Okay so this is it! Let's say it directly in a story that has happened where I live. It happened once in a village there was a broken bridge. The village head agreed to try and fix it. They hired one handyman for it.
During the meeting it was discussed that one employee needed to buy the craftsman's needs. Recruit people for shopping.
Because people need to ensure that workers in the field work well, a field supervisor is recruited.
Then it was said that for administrative purposes it was agreed that there should be an accountant. Added one accountant.
Then because it talks about accountability, auditors are needed to supervise accountants. Enter the new auditor.
Because the number of teams is quite large and between divisions, it is said that it is necessary to add a manager to oversee all of them.
After the project is running, it turns out that the required budget swells. Not enough funds. Therefore the village head and his staff agreed to fire the handyman to reduce costs.
Maybe you laugh, yes that's for sure, if the repairman is fired and then who will fix the bridge?
So the point is sometimes we also like to fall into things like that. We have to separate out what is really important. What do we really need to prioritize? Do not let us get so busy with all these things that we are not focused on a goal, but forget to know what is really needed.
