Today I try to tell the motivational story of an old man who has three sons, who is in a state of confusion. In this story, this old man feels he has a ring that he considers lucky in his life. Say because since used it always brings luck for him and success for him.
Due to his advanced age, the ring was planned to be passed on to one of his children, but he was very worried that the other children would be jealous.
As a solution, he went to the ringsmith and made two more rings that were the same as the magic ring he had in order to have three rings.
Amazingly, the ringmaker can make the ring exactly the same and there is no difference at all and it really looks like the original ring even though the father knows which one is the original.
So the day passed and the next day came, he called his three sons, then said, "My children, this ring is equally good, whoever wears it will be lucky".
Not long after a few months later, the old man died. As time went on, his three sons learned that only one ring was real.
Then the three of them planned to went to a wise judge to find out which ring was real and asked that judge for a solution and proof.
After pondering and thinking at length, Then the wise judge said: "I can't help you, but I know a way to make sure the ring is real."
Put on your own rings. You have to prove that your ring is genuine, that is by acting and working well so that you become a lucky person.”
The three are determined to prove their ring is real and auspicious.They try to prove to themselves that their success and fortune is due to the original magic ring given to them by their father.
But after several years passed, success after success they achieved together. Finally they realized and understood that it was not the ring that made them successful, but because of themselves.
It's not something outside of you that makes you successful or lucky. Not because of your ring, not because of your clothes, or whatever you wear is not that. But the key to success is tenacity, prayer, and gratitude, and your own effort.
That's a little motivation that can serve and hopefully useful for all of us.
