EFL CUP: Four Chelsea stars that will be missing out against Man City clash

Chelsea will be looking to return to winning ways on Wednesday evening when they travel to Manchester City in the third round of the EFL Cup.

Graham Potter will have to be very careful in his selection today because he will be facing the City without four of his players Jorginho, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Reece James, and Ben Chiwell

Jorginho has a slight problem with his foot, so he’s doubtful for today's clash.

Goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga is also a doubt and has missed the last two matches and this cup tie comes too soon for the Spanish goalkeeper to be involved.

Another player that will be missing out at the Etihad Stadium is Reece James, but it is more likely that he will make his return to Chelsea in the early stages of next year.

Reece James was doing a light jog today, which is good news for Gareth Southgate and could be fit for the World Cup.

England international Ben Chilwell was forced off against Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League last week due to a hamstring problem.
