training my grey Francolin

Hi everybody, today I'm going to give you information about training your pets birds and specially grey Francolin to train them for calling session as it is a regional competition in Punjab and as well as in Sindh and some areas of Balochistan as well.
Choosing time:
 Firstly I will advised to the pet lover that when you visit the market to buy a grey Francolin bird. Always try to buy a grey Francolin chick because it is more helpful for you to train it for calling or fighting session in the competition, because it's very easy for you to get the grey Francolin chick to get it ready for hand tame. But never choose too much small chick, because it can waste your time if it will be the female Francolin because in earlier days, it's very difficult to recognize or identify the chick either this is male or female, thus always buy a chick of 2 month age, because at this age the gender of the chick clearly be observed either this is male or female.
Number of chicks:
Always try to buy a single One. Because if you buy the pair,then they both will remain together and will not accept you as a partner but when you will buy a single one Francolin chick,it will consider you its partner and will follow your instruction which will be helpful for you to train it for calling session.
Feeding method:
Never put the feed in the pot kept in the cage in front of the grey Francolin, because this is the way to keep it hand tamed. In the starting days keep the chick hungry on daily Bases for few hours and then feed it on your hands, by this method it will consider you his owner and make itself ready to follow you.
Calling training:
At the age of 6 months, now start to train it for mature calling , and firstly played a same grey Francolin voice in your mobile from internet and after listening it, your grey francolin chick is mature now and it's a time of calling it back to respond.

Repeat this process daily and try to do it daily in the morning only one time in a day and avoid to repeat this calling whole a day.
Playing time:
Like now aa days, it's a winter time in Pakistan and playing in clay is the basic need and nature of grey Francolin bird, thus give it the time to play in the clay in the afternoon between 11:00 Am to 1:00 Am, because at this time the Clay temperature in the sun increases to normal degree and it protect it from infection and increased it's immunity.

Playing place:
Always used fresh and pure clay from soil for the playing of grey Francolin and also keep in mind that, this Clay must be according to normal temperature if there are winter the clay would not be cool and in summer session avoid to use warm clay. The playing in clay is necessary for the exercise of Francolin bird .
